Blunt ends and/or thick hair will need razoring/thinning by myself to the ends of the hair on your fitting day to blend with extensions. Most customers will need razoring/thinning to the ends of their natural hair*

3. Hair extensions take a lot of time and effort to care for. It is essential to regularly use the recommended products such as the specialised brush, shampoo and conditioner to maximise the health and duration of the hair extensions and prevent fading and discolouration. I cannot assist with any issues after the fitting if this is not adhered to. Failure to use the above regularly will void any guarantee with myself and my suppliers*

Cancellation Policy: If you need to rearrange any appointment please give at least 48 hours notice, there will be no charge for this amendment. - If a refit, maintenance or removal appointment is cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be payable - If you need to change the length/duration of an appointment (e.g. changing a maintenance appointment to a removal) please give at least 48 hours notice, failure to do so will result in the original appointment fee still being payable - If a fitting is cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice (same applies to no shows) this will result in the £350 booking fee being forfeited.
